Disabling repost metrics hides quote metrics #64

Disabling "repost metrics" and keeping "quote metrics" enabled hides quote numbers on 'small versions' of posts, requiring the user to click on the post to view the count.

at least i hope this works, i had to test this code on an older commit and it worked fine there, nothing that changed should affect this but u never know
