feat: comments #1

Comments on songs (and maybe playlists? I have not decided yet) would be a great feature. A lexicon already exists for them, but it may need to be modified.

What is needed for them:

  • appview: a db table for comments, tap consumer handler for them, and an endpoint to fetch comments for a song
  • web: comment input form on the song page, and a comment list with nested replies
