Add the ability to follow a user. What is needed:

  • lexicon (app.musicsky.temp.follow)
  • appview: db table for follows, tap consumer handler, endpoint to check follow state and fetch follower / following lists
  • web: follow button on user profiles, follower and following counts displayed on profile pages
