tangled pr merge fails: Invalid target repo AT-URI #10

When running tangled pr merge 3mfkhmqrg562f, the CLI fails with:

Error: Invalid target repo AT-URI: at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22

The PR target URI uses sh.tangled.repo collection which the CLI AT-URI parser does not recognize as valid.

The code from PR 3mfkhmqrg562f (Objective-C runtime FFI) is already merged into main via git. The PR just needs its Tangled record updated to merged status.
