tangled pr merge fails with AT-URI parsing error #13

When trying to merge PR 3mfkhmqrg562f via tangled pr merge 3mfkhmqrg562f, the CLI fails with:

Error: Invalid target repo AT-URI: at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22

The PR's target AT-URI appears to be well-formed but the tangled CLI v0.1.0 cannot parse it.

The objc-ffi code is already merged into main via git (commit 9baa697), and the PR has been reviewed and approved. The PR just needs to be closed/merged through Tangled to clean up.

Workaround: merge via git directly, which was already done.
