tangled pr merge fails with AT-URI parsing error #14

Problem#

tangled pr merge 3mfkhmqrg562f fails with:

Error: Invalid target repo AT-URI: at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22

The PR "Objective-C runtime FFI" was already merged via git (commit 9baa697 on main), but the Tangled PR record cannot be closed through the CLI.

Steps to reproduce#

  1. tangled pr merge 3mfkhmqrg562f
  2. Observe AT-URI parsing error

Workaround#

The code is already merged on main. The PR was approved via tangled pr review --approve. The PR just can't be marked as merged through the CLI.

This may be a bug in the tangled CLI's AT-URI parsing for the sh.tangled.repo collection type in the target field.
