tangled pr merge fails with 'Invalid target repo AT-URI' #15

Bug#

The tangled pr merge command fails when trying to merge PR 3mfkhmqrg562f (Objective-C runtime FFI):

$ tangled pr merge 3mfkhmqrg562f
Error: Invalid target repo AT-URI: at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22

The target AT-URI shown by tangled pr show is at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22 @ main, but the merge command cannot parse it.

Workaround#

The code was already merged into main via git (9baa697 Merge branch 'objc-ffi'). The PR was approved via tangled pr review --approve but couldn't be closed via the CLI.
