tangled pr merge fails with Invalid target repo AT-URI #22

The tangled pr merge command fails on all open PRs with: Error: Invalid target repo AT-URI: at://did:plc:meotu43t6usg4qdwzenk4s2t/sh.tangled.repo/3mfkdl5hcvf22. All 5 open PRs have their code already on main but cannot be formally merged via the CLI due to this bug in tangled v0.1.0. Workaround: PRs were approved via tangled pr review --approve and the code is already merged at the git level.
