puddles occur during snowfall, which although possible irl, generally doesn't look right--especially when snowfall is limited to areas which already generate covered in snow
you got me to finally check out the bluesky ecosystem to make this suggestion so props--the mod shows promise.
1.21.6 fabric, v0.3.1 (not tested in an isolated environment)

Not sure when that will be, however, since I have a lot going on and not much time to work on this right now - That's why it took me a while to respond to a lot of issues, as well.
