scdoc is a utility for generating manual pages. its input syntax is largely compatible with Markdown, and highlighting it as markdown would be a nice.
scdoc input files typically have the .scd file extension.

this has been added! https://tangled.org/alterae.online/choose/blob/main/man/choose.1.scd looks quite nice now, thanks for opening the issue!
