As a developer, collaborating with team mates in multiple repos, it would be nice to be able to create and grant permissions / memberships to an organization which owned a collection of repositories. Organizations could also share common settings (templates, etc).
This wouldn't include "teams" or groups of collaborators initially, though that would be a natural extensions as some point in the future.

Just trying to get my tangled-cli creating pull requests then I'm thinking about trying to take on a few of these issues. Really love the idea of tangled.org and owning where you build.
