appview: follow web app manifest standard #923

  • id member in webmanifest should be url format based on spec.
  • it is recommended to use application/mniafest+json mimetype
  • changing the name from pwa-manifest.json to manifest.webmanifest

latest master should include these changes. i have credited you accordingly in the commits. let me know if something is off! ico and apple touch icon files are generated at build time using the new cmd/dolly helper.
